Winter Blanket Appeal 2024

Assalamualaikum/ Greetings!
The winter season will affect Bangladesh soon with the peak from mid-December to early January.
To keep the less fortunate WARM this WINTER, LWFB will be raising funds for ‘Warm Blankets’.
For Approximately AUD 4 (TK 265, exchange rate @72TK=$1) you can gift a ‘BLANKET’ to someone in need.

Different Slums in Dhaka.

(In the above list, priority is given to winter and poverty-stricken areas. Depending on the weather and financial situation, new places may be included).

Blanket specifications

The blankets are made from Garment leftover fabrics that weigh between 2.8 to 3.5 kg, 7 feet in length, and 6 feet in width.
