Emergency Flood Appeal 2024
Aasalamuwalikum, greetings!
The overall flood situation in Feni, Noakhali and Cumilla deteriorated yesterday due to severe downpours and swelling of many rivers. The flooding in 8 districts has left over 8 million people stranded – Feni and Noakhali are the worst affected.
Let’s Work for Bangladesh (LWFB) is working closely with our charity partners – Alhajj Shamsul Hoque Foundation (ASHF) and Universal Amity (UA) who are already on the ground assisting. They have advised the URGENT NEED for the following:
– Emergency Rescue including Boats
– Medical Team
– Dry Food
– Dry Cloth
– Drinking Water
